A well-established company in Ballito is looking for a dynamic Accounts Clerk with strong accounting and administrative skills to join their growing team.
Requirements

Build and maintain professional relationships with suppliers and debtors

Capture all debtor and creditor transactions, including reconciliations
-
Follow up on payments and resolve discrepancies
-
Prepare and compile monthly financial reports
-
Perform bank capturing and reconciliations
-
Manage petty cash, credit card transactions, and stock control
-
Provide administrative support as needed
What We’re Looking For
Valid Driver’s Licence
Strong communication skills
Minimum of 12 months in a similar position
Excellent understanding of accounting and bookkeeping practices
Experience with QuickBooks (advantageous)
