Job Overview
A busy and well-established motor dealership based in Umhlanga is looking for a vibrant and experienced Invoice / Order Clerk to join their team.
The successful candidate must have previous motor dealership invoicing experience and experience working on Evolve.
We are looking for someone who is organised, accurate, energetic and comfortable working in a busy dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities
Processing vehicle invoices accurately and efficiently
Managing and processing vehicle orders
Ensuring all invoicing documentation is complete and correct
Capturing and maintaining accurate information on Evolve
Liaising with relevant dealership departments regarding orders and invoicing
Maintaining accurate administrative records and documentation
Assisting with general vehicle administration as required
Ensuring all paperwork is processed within required deadlines
Minimum Requirements
Previous motor dealership invoicing experience is essential
Previous experience working on Evolve is essential
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a busy dealership environment
Professional, vibrant and reliable
Stable employment history with contactable references
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: R10,000 – R18,000 per month, depending on experience
