Job Overview
A leading franchised dealership in Umhlanga is seeking an experienced and results-driven Used Vehicle Sales Manager to lead and manage its successful pre-owned vehicle sales department.
This opportunity is ideal for a strong leader with a proven track record in dealership sales management who can drive performance, maximise profitability, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Used Vehicle Sales Department.
Drive monthly sales, profitability, and gross profit targets.
Manage vehicle stock, pricing, ageing, and stock turnover.
Recruit, coach, and develop sales executives.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Monitor and improve CSI performance.
Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards.
Prepare departmental performance reports.
Minimum Requirements
Proven experience as a Used Vehicle Sales Manager within a franchised dealership.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Valid driver's licence.
Stable employment history with contactable references.
Clear criminal record and ITC.
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: R25,000 – R35,000 per month (Negotiable depending on experience)
