Service Advisor – Automotive Industry – Umhlanga
Job Overview
A reputable dealership in Umhlanga is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their professional aftersales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and motivated individual with strong communication skills and previous dealership experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer service bookings, coordinating workshop activities, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the service process.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer service bookings and appointments
Prepare quotations, job cards, and service documentation
Liaise between customers and workshop staff
Keep customers informed regarding vehicle progress and repairs
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and CSI performance
Assist with invoicing and administrative duties
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Achieve departmental and customer service targets
Minimum Requirements
Previous Service Advisor experience within a motor dealership
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Computer literate
Valid driver's license
Matric certificate
Traceable references
Clear criminal record and ITC
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: R10 000 – R12 000 (negotiable depending on experience)
