Job Overview
A top-selling, high-volume dealership in Durban is seeking an experienced Senior Used Vehicle Sales Executive / Assistant Used Vehicle Sales Manager to join their successful sales team.
This opportunity is ideal for a high-performing used vehicle sales professional with vehicle appraisal and evaluation experience who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
Sell quality pre-owned vehicles while consistently exceeding monthly sales targets.
Conduct accurate vehicle evaluations and trade-in appraisals.
Assist in managing the Used Vehicle Sales Department.
Mentor and support the sales team to maximise performance.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Negotiate and close vehicle sales professionally.
Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Assist in managing stock, pricing, and profitability.
Minimum Requirements
Proven experience as a Senior Used Vehicle Sales Executive within a franchised dealership.
Vehicle evaluation and appraisal experience is essential.
Leadership experience or the ability to step into an Assistant Sales Manager role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Target-driven with a strong sales history.
Valid driver's licence.
Stable employment history with contactable references.
Clear criminal record and ITC.
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: From R15,000 per month (Negotiable depending on experience)
