Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager – Durban and Surrounding Areas, KZN
Job Overview
An experienced Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager is sought to run the used vehicle sales department at a leading motor dealership in Durban and surrounding areas, with responsibility for team leadership, stock, sales targets and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and support the pre-owned sales team.
Oversee vehicle valuations, trade-ins, pricing and stock levels.
Monitor sales volumes, gross profit and aged stock.
Review customer enquiries and follow-up, and support the team in closing deals.
Minimum Requirements
Proven experience managing a dealership’s pre-owned vehicle sales department.

Strong vehicle valuation, pricing and stock management skills.
A record of leading a team and achieving sales and gross profit targets.
Salary & Benefits
R25,000–R35,000 basic per month, negotiable depending on experience, plus company car, fuel allowance and incentives.
