Job Overview
A fast-moving and reputable dealership based in Umhlanga is seeking an experienced and results-driven New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead their dynamic sales team.
This role is ideal for a strong leader with a proven track record in dealership vehicle sales management, who can drive performance, motivate a team, and consistently achieve sales targets within a competitive automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the new vehicle sales team to achieve monthly targets
• Drive sales performance and maximise dealership profitability
• Monitor sales processes and ensure compliance with dealership standards
• Motivate, mentor, and develop sales staff
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Analyse sales data and implement strategies to improve performance
• Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Minimum Requirements
• Proven experience as a New Vehicle Sales Manager within a dealership
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Traceable references
• Valid driver’s license
• Matric certificate
• Clear ITC and criminal record
Salary & Benefits
• Basic salary: R15 000 – R25 000 (negotiable based on experience)
