A reputable and well-established franchised motor dealership in Umhlanga is seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic and results-driven New Vehicle Sales Executive to join its successful sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who is passionate about the automotive industry, delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships.
The successful candidate will be confident, well-presented and highly motivated, with the ability to generate new business, convert sales opportunities and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new vehicle sales through showroom enquiries, referrals, networking and proactive prospecting.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the dealership's customer base.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
Conduct professional vehicle presentations, demonstrations and test drives.
Respond promptly to customer enquiries and follow up on sales leads.
Negotiate and close vehicle sales while maintaining dealership profitability.
Maintain accurate customer records and complete all sales documentation.
Develop and maintain excellent knowledge of vehicle models, specifications, features and promotions.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process.
Minimum Requirements
Previous new vehicle sales experience within a franchised motor dealership would be advantageous.
Proven sales ability and excellent customer service skills.
Professional, confident and well-presented.
Energetic, self-motivated and target-driven.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Strong relationship-building and customer retention abilities.
Computer literate.
Valid driver's licence.
Matric certificate.
Stable employment history with traceable references.
Clear criminal record and ITC.
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: R11 000 – R13 500 per month, negotiable depending on experience.
