Job Overview
A well-established and busy franchised motor dealership in Pinetown is seeking an experienced and target-driven New Vehicle Sales Executive to join their successful sales team.
This opportunity is ideal for an energetic automotive sales professional with proven new vehicle sales experience, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sell new vehicles while achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and follow-ups.
Assist customers throughout the complete vehicle purchasing process.
Conduct professional vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.
Maintain excellent knowledge of the dealership's vehicle range, specifications, and promotions.
Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.
Follow up on leads and customer enquiries promptly.
Ensure all sales administration and documentation is completed accurately.
Work closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure a professional customer experience.
Maintain excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.
Minimum Requirements
Previous New Vehicle Sales Executive experience within a franchised motor dealership is essential.
Proven vehicle sales track record.
Stable employment history within the motor industry.
Matric certificate.
Valid driver's licence.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Professional presentation and strong customer service skills.
Target-driven and motivated to succeed.
Clear criminal record and ITC.

Salary & Benefits
Basic salary: R11 500 – R15 000 per month, depending on experience.
