Job Overview
A well-established motor dealership in Centurion is currently seeking experienced and target-driven New and Used Vehicle Sales Executives to join its sales team.
The ideal candidates must have previous vehicle sales experience within a motor dealership, a proven ability to achieve sales targets and excellent customer relationship skills.
We are looking for motivated sales professionals who are passionate about the motor industry and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new vehicle sales opportunities through prospecting and referrals.
Assist customers with new and pre-owned vehicle purchases.
Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives.
Follow up on sales leads and customer enquiries.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve and exceed monthly vehicle sales targets.
Complete sales documentation accurately and professionally.
Minimum Requirements
Previous New and/or Used Vehicle Sales experience within a motor dealership is essential.
Proven vehicle sales track record and ability to achieve monthly targets.
Strong prospecting and lead-generation skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation and sales closing abilities.
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Stable employment history with contactable references.
Valid driver's licence.
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: R11,500 – R13,500 per month.
Lucrative commission structure.
