Job Overview
A busy Jeep dealership in KwaZulu-Natal is seeking an experienced Automotive Warranty Clerk to join their aftersales team.
The successful candidate must have previous warranty administration experience within a Jeep or Fiat franchised dealership and possess a thorough understanding of manufacturer warranty processes.
Key Responsibilities
Process warranty claims accurately and within manufacturer guidelines.
Ensure all warranty documentation is complete and submitted on time.
Liaise with technicians, service advisors, and manufacturer representatives.
Monitor outstanding warranty claims and follow up where required.
Maintain accurate warranty records and reports.
Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty policies and dealership procedures.
Minimum Requirements
Previous Automotive Warranty Clerk experience within a franchised dealership.
Jeep or Fiat warranty experience is essential.
Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
Computer literate.
Stable employment history with contactable references.
Clear criminal record and ITC.
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: R16,000 – R19,000 per month (Negotiable depending on experience)
