Job Overview
A leading and top-performing motor dealership in Umhlanga is seeking a professional, well-groomed, and customer-focused Hostess | Customer Liaison to join their dynamic team.
This position is ideal for an energetic and friendly individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
prospecting activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
Conduct professional vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.
Follow up on leads and customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
Negotiate and close vehicle sales while maintaining dealership profitability.
Ensure all sales administration and documentation are completed accurately.
Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
Minimum Requirements
* Previous customer service, receptionist, hostess, front desk, or customer liaison experience would be advantageous.
* Well-groomed and professionally presented.
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
* Clear criminal record.
* Traceable references.
* Matric certificate.
