Dealership Hostess / Customer Liaison – Umhlanga
Job Overview
A busy motor dealership based in Umhlanga is looking for a professional, vibrant and customer-focused Hostess / Customer Liaison to join its front-of-house team.
The successful candidate will be the face of the dealership and the first point of contact for customers entering the business.
Key Responsibilities
Professionally welcome and greet customers entering the dealership
Establish the reason for the customer's visit
Direct customers to the correct department or staff member
Guide waiting customers to the dealership welcoming area / coffee shop
Ensure customers are attended to promptly
Assist with general customer enquiries
Liaise with the relevant dealership departments
Maintain a professional and welcoming front-of-house environment
Deliver an excellent customer experience
Minimum Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be very well-spoken
Professional and well-groomed
Friendly and bubbly personality
Confident and comfortable engaging with customers
Strong customer service skills
Reliable and punctual
Previous customer service, hostess, reception or front-of-house experience would be advantageous
Salary & Benefits
Salary & Benefits
R10 000 - R18 000 per month depending on experience.
