Job Overview
An experienced Dealer Principal is sought for a leading motor dealership in the Durban area. The role involves providing hands-on leadership, managing dealership financials and improving performance across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee sales, aftersales, parts and administration.
Manage budgets, profitability and dealership performance.
Lead department managers, set clear targets and review results.
Maintain high standards of customer service and dealership operations.
Minimum Requirements
Experienced Dealer Principal with proven dealership leadership experience at Dealer Principal level; a track record of leading teams and delivering dealership results.
Proven dealership leadership experience at Dealer Principal level.
Strong financial and operational management skills.

Salary & Benefits
R60,000–R70,000 basic per month, negotiable depending on experience, plus medical aid, pension, company car and fuel.
