Job Overview
A busy franchised dealership in Randburg is seeking an experienced BSI Controller to join their aftersales team.
This role is ideal for someone with a Workshop Foreman background who has strong workshop scheduling, planning, and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule daily workshop bookings and technician workloads.
Coordinate workshop efficiency and productivity.
Monitor repair progress and turnaround times.
Liaise with Service Advisors and Workshop staff.
Ensure workshop capacity is effectively managed.
Assist with quality control and workshop planning.
Maintain dealership service standards and processes.
Minimum Requirements
Previous experience as a BSI Controller or Workshop Foreman.
Strong knowledge of dealership workshop operations.
Excellent organisational and planning skills.
Computer literate.
Valid driver's licence.
Stable employment history with contactable references.
