Automotive Financial Manager – Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal
Job Overview
A leading automotive dealership group is seeking experienced Financial Managers to join their finance in Ballito.
This opportunity is suited to confident, hands-on finance professionals who can independently manage the full month-end accounting process while ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the dealership's full financial function.
Perform month-end and year-end financial reporting.
Oversee debtors, creditors, and bookkeeping through to trial balance.
Ensure FICA compliance and reporting requirements are met.
Prepare management accounts and financial reports.
Maintain accurate financial records and controls.
Liaise with auditors and external stakeholders where required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial legislation.
Minimum Requirements
Finance Degree (Non-Negotiable).
Previous experience as a Financial Manager within a dealership environment.
Strong experience with:
Debtors
Creditors
Bookkeeping to Trial Balance
FICA Reporting
Experience using Drive, ADP, or Kerridge dealership management systems.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently.
Ability to successfully manage and complete month-end processes without supervision.
Stable employment history with contactable references.
Clear criminal record and ITC.
