Assistant Used Car Sales Manager / Senior Used Car Sales Executive – Umhlanga
Job Overview
Dealership opportunity in Umhlanga for an established Assistant Used Car Sales Manager or highly experienced Senior Used Car Sales Executive to support and independently manage the used vehicle department when required. The role requires vehicle valuation experience, dealership financial exposure and a proven personal sales record.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain strong personal used vehicle sales performance.
Conduct vehicle valuations and trade-in assessments.
Assist with the daily management of the used vehicle department.
Apply an understanding of dealership financials to departmental operations.
Take responsibility for the department during the Sales Manager’s absence.
Maintain professional customer service and accurate sales documentation.
Minimum Requirements
Established Assistant Used Car Sales Manager or highly experienced Senior Used Car Sales Executive. Applicants must currently be handling vehicle valuations, have exposure to dealership financials, be capable of independently running the department when the Sales Manager is away, and demonstrate strong current personal sales performance.
Currently working as an Assistant Used Car Sales Manager or a highly experienced Senior Used Car Sales Executive with existing departmental responsibilities.
Currently averaging 8–10 vehicle sales per month.
Proven sales track record, supported by commission sheets for review.
Current experience conducting vehicle valuations.
Exposure to dealership financials.
Demonstrated ability to run the department independently.
Evolve experience advantageous.
Salary & Benefits
Approximately R16,000–R20,000 basic per month, depending on experience, plus excellent commission, company vehicle, fuel and pension.
