A leading and fast-paced brand dealership in Durban is seeking a highly experienced Senior Service Advisor to join their team. This is a BEE position and the client is preferably looking for an African male who is exceptionally strong in customer interaction and service excellence.

In this senior role, you will not only handle the full service advisor function but also provide direct support to the Service Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, resolve queries effectively, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements​

• Extensive dealership Service Advisor experience (Premium or volume brand)

• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license

• Matric certificate

• Clear ITC and criminal record

Benefits

• Basic salary from R11 000 – R15 000 (negotiable based on experience)
