Recruitment process, how does it work?
After we have the correct information from our client the work begins;
Pre-Screening our candidates
Our pre-screening conversation with the candidates is to obtain relevant information that would be related to the candidate’s career path and whether or not the position available would be a suitable match for themselves and our client
Once a candidate has been Pre-approved as suitable for a position our consultants will make contact with the candidate, the consultant will then ask targeted questions to ascertain whether the candidate has the required skill set and requirements. Once the candidate has been approved by the consultant, we will then ensure that references are completed on each candidate to ensure that we provide only the best candidates
All Curriculum Vitae’s and supporting documents are required to be approved by our Accounts Manager, whom has over 15 years’ experience in the recruitment industry. Once the information has been viewed should the manager deem it necessary a further interview may be conducted. One completion the application may either be denied of accepted to be sent onto the consultant’s client.
Candidate & Client Interview
The candidate’s documents will then be send onto the client, if the client shows interest in interviewing the candidate the consultant will arrange a suitable time and date with both the client and candidate will be meeting
The consultant will be in constant contact with both parties should the candidate and client interview progress to an offer. Ensure that the consultant is available to provide advice and necessary guidance.
